Services

We provide videography and photography services for various occasions, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, property, commercial, and personal shoots. The specifics of each project will be discussed and agreed upon through a separate contract.

Booking and Payment

3.1. To book our services, clients must contact us via the provided contact details or request a quote. Contact us - contact@rlcreatives.co.uk.

3.2. A non-refundable deposit or advance payment will be required to secure your booking, with the details provided in our quotation or contract.

3.3. Full payment for services must be made before any assets are supplied or as specified in the contract.

Revisions

4.1. Each project includes up to two revisions as part of the initial project cost.

4.2. Any additional revisions beyond the included two will be charged at a rate of £100.00 per hour.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policies, as outlined in the separate contract.

5.2. Deposits or advance payments will not be refundable in the case of cancellations.

Copyright and Ownership

6.1. We retain the copyright and ownership of all photographs and videos taken during the event or shoot unless otherwise specified in a separate contract.

6.2. Clients may receive a license to use the media for personal or promotional purposes, subject to the terms agreed upon in a separate contract.

Privacy

7.1. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability

8.1. While we take utmost care in our work, we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses arising from unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
